Christine Bell is a founding partner of RBM LLP. She is one of New York City’s foremost practitioners in the area of residential real estate, and in particular has immense experience representing both domestic and international clients in the acquisition of converted and newly constructed condominiums and high-end cooperative apartments. Christine’s legal career began in Cologne, Germany as corporate counsel to Deutag GmbH & Co. KG, a prominent supplier of construction materials for projects throughout Germany and the European Union. She worked closely with the business managers of Deutag subsidiaries, as well as the officers of the Deutag parent company, on matters concerning day-to-day business transactions in addition to mergers and acquisitions. After immigrating to the United States, she worked as an international associate for United Technologies Corporation and later as assistant counsel to its subsidiary, UTC Fuel Cells, LLC, which specialized in the research, development and distribution of fuel cells to variousbusiness and governmental entities, including the United States Department of Energy and Department of Transportation. Christine’s clients admire and appreciate her attention to detail and her adherence to her principles.
